Michael Moylen is the CFO of MAG Builders, a real estate development company focused on innovative residential and commercial projects.

Mike has over 20 years of experience in real estate development and raising capital. He joined MAG in 2009 and has successfully produced over $400 million in sales of residential properties. His main focus is on acquiring properties and obtaining financing for residential development projects. Prior to joining MAG, he was CFO of Planet Gym athletic clubs for 10 years and successfully sold that business.

Mike has a BA in finance from the University of South Florida in Tampa.

Michael Moylen

Mike has 18 years of experience building all sizes of projects all over Colorado. As a Colorado native, Mike has stayed close to home, attaining his Construction Management Degree from Colorado State University and working mostly in the Denver Metro Area with a short stint in Glenwood Springs. Mike has worked for large commercial construction companies and is able to bring a high level of sophistication and organization to 303 Builders. This experience is merged with the client focused, agile leadership of Greg giving 303 unique capabilities for our size. Mike is an adept problem solver that loves working with clients, rather than making everything “their” problem. Mike has the experience to bring solutions and real time cost analysis to the table and likes to be involved in the project from inception to move in.

Mike Christensen

As COO of Mag Builders Inc., Chris bring over six years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction. He’s overseen the successful completion of more than 100 residential homes and have managed a wide range of projects, including restaurant builds and complex remodels. In addition to construction management, he’s well-versed in navigating municipal permitting processes, working closely with various city departments to keep projects on track and compliant.

My approach combines operational efficiency with a strong focus on client communication. He’s worked with a diverse clientele, consistently delivering results that meet both design expectations and budget requirements. Chris take pride in being detail-oriented, articulate, and adaptable in the fast-paced world of construction and development.

Greg has over 25 years of construction experience building in Colorado, California, and Texas. This experience includes a wide range from remodel, historic adaptive re-use, multifamily, commercial, apartments and high-end custom homes. Greg has helped guide and develop over 500 projects becoming one of the most prominent and well recognized General Contractors in the Rocky Mountain Region. Greg’s extensive experience with design, estimating, budget development and project management provide the main frame for 303’s success. Over the past 10 years 303 has specialized in larger projects ranging from 3 to 14 Million. These projects include multi unit townhouse construction, multi story apartments to office / warehouse space / office buildings and more. Over the last 24 months, Greg has been utilizing his experience working as a consultant for several different development teams leading design, pre-construction, and budget development for numerous projects from commercial to multi-family.

With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Michael brings a deep knowledge of craftsmanship, project management, and strategic development to every project.

He launched MAG Builders in 1999 in Vail, Colorado, driven by a passion for quality construction and innovative design. Over the past 15 years, Michael has helped expand the company’s focus to include real estate development, guiding MAG Builders into new markets and turning it into one of Denver’s most respected and sought-after residential builders.
